Buyer Obligations

If a purchase is not completed within three days of placing in a cart it will be returned to inventory and the buyer will have to place a new order.

If buyer does not receive the correct item in color or pattern ordered, seller will pay for return shipping of the item and either reimburse the buyer for the item upon its receipt or, if the buyer chooses, send the correct item at our expense.

EOLB and our Registered Users can work together to keep our site and services working properly and safe for everyone. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us through our website by clicking the Contact Us button on the right, just under our store header, or use the Contact Us link located in our navigation bar on the left side at the very bottom in the box titled “Information”.

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our sites and its content, services and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the sites if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel accounts that have been inactive for too long a time.

No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
