Unless special shipping is requested, in-stock items ordinarily ship by USPS within two business days of payment received. The orders are shipped in order they are received unless we are out of stock of an item. Shipping does not include insurance. * If you want insurance applied to package that will be an additional cost from $1.75 up, depending on cost of the order. All of our items are shipped with shipping labels that provide us with tracking and delivery date information, with the exception of Canada. We cannot obtain tracking information to other countries including Canada, unless the item is shipped priorty.
RETURNS:
Only returns authorized by Elegance Of Lace Boutique can be returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
* All lace items authorized for return must be in original form and quantity (uncut and tags attached (if the item came with a tag) and absolutely no damage done to the lace.
*Upon inspection of the return, providing that all items returned are in the original condition, a credit for the amount customer paid for the item will be issued.
* No returns will be accepted after 10 days from shipping date.
* No credit will be given for freight charges incurred for return of item, unless Elegance Of Lace Boutique made a mistake in the shipping (by shipping wrong color or pattern).
